My Opinion : The book is a step guide to start a startup . The book provides the insight of a startup owner and the tips he must follow to make his venture successful. The authenticity of the advices given in the book can be imagined by the fact that the author was partner of Elon Musk at time of development of “PAYPAL”.

The author busts several myths about the success of a business that due to ethnicity or the syllabus taught to us in our schools or higher studies we follow. Peter Theil tells us about to start a venture that either one can go from 1 to N or 0 to N where N signify the utmost stage of any business. 1 represent stage when there are several ideas of same kind and you also decide to join the same race while 0 represent a innovative way of starting with a new thought that result in fruitful benefits.

It is advisable to go from 0 to N as it gives you an edge in the market and help one in becoming a monopoly. Author next describes about hoe becoming a monopoly is good a business owner and then how he can provide more better services to consumer to boost his trade . He tells how monopoly benefits both the owner and the user.

Author gave 4 roadmaps to establish a successful business.

1.Proprietary Technology

2.Network Effect

3.Economy Of Scale

4.Branding

The another important advice by writer of book is to clearly distribute the task and responsibilities among the various team heads , executives, trustee members and stake holders .

The author in the end ,ends the book with 7 questions which needed to be answered to oneself if entering or planning to venture out in any business for success .Thus for any person thinking for an upcoming startup must give it a try and understand the minute details of business .
