My Opinion: The blow to all conventional books about positive thinking ,motivating oneself ,believing oneself extraordinary and all other qualities one can imagine to develop after reading “SELF HELP” books. Yes it is this .Despite of a vulgar name the book is filled with enormous imbibing qualities one aspires in life.

The author talks about how our fears of dissatisfaction troubles us in our complete life and how we run continuously in an unending race of being perfect. This race cause depression ,anxiety and other psychological problems resulting in trust issues ,envy with others, increasing insecurities.

The things explained in book  relevant in today’s time where social media has encouraged the culture of copying without thinking of future consequencesThe best advice from the book is to think  of the negative outcomes or the ill ate that can happen while doing any action without affecting our mental peace.

The author suggests not to worry of about the things which are not in our control but took action for the things which are in our control and which matters to us the most. So please stop living life of lies and accept the truth of who you are and what you are as life is very short which one cannot waste in giving so many  F*#KS !!!!

               Hope this article helped you.
