My Opinion: The book by Robin Sharma tells us about several advises which we all should follow to live cooperative healthy lifestyle. The author has presented his ideas in small chapters amounting to 101 chapters. The language used in book is simple and easy to interpret .

The author advises reader to follow the simple advises and imbibe them in yourself so as to spread love and peace. He describes how to tackle day -to-day problems wisely and without panicking.

The book can be easily completed in couple of hours and will provide satisfaction with a bit unsatisfactory note.

As by reading the title one get fascinated to read something new but the book talks only of those things which several old readers knew. Hence for new readers it can be a new start but for old experienced implementing reader it will be like revision of notes.Though the author has selected an eye catching title for sales purpose but bit more content can be worked upon to bring more emphasis what the title presents and what the book content provides.

               Hope this article helped you.
