Storyline: The story is about a girl naming Akshara Malhotra of 13 years of age who met with a ghost naming Harvinder aka Harry who told her about his paranormal romantic story.

After death of her mother Akshara was weeping in the park. Seeing the child sitting alone and weeping Harry went near her and came to know about her mother’s loss. Harry in order to console the weeping child start to narrate a story that could bring her mother back from death.

The story was about a girl naming Sahiba Sethi and the miracle. She had just shifted to Harry’s neighborhood. While unloading her luggage Harry figured her out and fell in love at first sight. Her family consisted of her father, mother, elder sister Ashima and a dog, Zibby. Sahiba was not conventionally pretty but her deep-set, big and expressive eyes add to charm and innocence of her face.

In period of time she made a friend named, Ginny. Harry never shared his feelings to Sahiba .After two years he felt its time to tell her. As one day he saw Sahiba with a boy naming Siddharth aka Siddhu , usually she used to spend time with girls mainly with Ginny buy seeing Sahiba with a boy made Harry uneasy. Harry through his hobby of eavesdropping came to know about her date with Siddhu. Ginny accompanied her so as to see Siddhu and wanted to interact with her. Harry secretly followed them .He sat behind Sahiba in order to get exact details. Siddhu told Ginny about how they met, there recent dates and his feelings for Sahiba.

Few time before finding himself with no other option Harry had proposed Sahiba to which Sahiba had replied that she is a and don’t like boys. Harry straight away went before Sahiba and ask the reason for his rejection. Seeing Sahiba unable to answer Siddharth come in between and assures him if he wanted he can spend time with her. Harry took wrong and took it as Siddhu’s plan for showing himself generous. He promised himself that he will not loose this ‘being generous ‘game and one day Sahiba will be his as their relation won’t last long.

One day Harry moved by his emotions and hit Siddhu with his SUV.But later his consciousness troubled him and he locked himself in his room, lying ideally etc.A week later Harry died due to fire in his SUV (oil leakage).Akshara got astonished and ask Harry how is she able to see a ghost? Harry replied don’t fear of me and she had special power to see him. Akshara took her medicine prescribed by psychiatrist and rubbed her eyes but was of no use .She went back to her home. For few days she was nowhere to be seen.

Some days later she came with her dad in the park. Seeing Harry sitting on the same bench she got scared and took the nearest exit and left the park. After four days she came with Shilpi Aunty (caretaker of Akshara after her mother’s death) to play Frisbee. Harry tried to talk her but she denied him for further conversation. Harry replied if she wanted her mother back she have to listen his complete story.

Next day Akshara came finding him and found him sitting on the same bench. She took her seat and argued about their existence .Harry assured that they do exist and continued further story. Siddharth and Sahiba came close .Siddhu left his dream of being an actor for dream of Sahiba of having a bakery of her own. Meanwhile Harry went to Yamlok where he met Yama (Yamraaj) and was put into an intermediate stage as Yama was unable to figure out to either send him to Heaven or Hell. So Harry was roaming on Earth to gain good deeds and get entry into the Heavens.

Sahiba’s and Siddhu’s love story continued and later their marriage was fixed. Unfortunately ten days before the decided date he died in an accident. Sahiba got depressed and was broken down. Seeing her in such a pathetic condition Harry also felt depressed. In order to reduce his desperation and console Sahiba Harry requested Yam to make him visible to Sahiba. Yam granted him power to be visible to Sahiba. He told Sahiba all his story about before and after life after his death (never told he was the one who had struck Siddhu earlier) .

Sahiba came with the thought of ‘a thousand good deeds make a miracle’. After that she shared her thoughts with her family and Harry. Thinking that with time she will be healed her family after long discussion permitted her. She asked Harry’s help and he went to Yam and asked him for granting him power of hearing screams of needy people. Sahiba and Harry did so many good deeds to bring Siddhu back. But Harry already knew that he won’t be able to come back as he had already discussed about this with Yam before. Still he continued to help her as he liked the company of Sahiba.

Seeing her indulged in doing good deeds her family start to fear of losing her once the thousand deeds are completed. Their fear grew stronger as she told about Harry despite his warning .Her family contacted psychiatrist and she tried to convince her by facts but she refused to accept anything and continued her good deeds. Later one day when Harry was convincing Yam about his decision on Harry’s death God appeared and ask Yam to help Sahiba.

Siddhu become guardian angel who was visible to her. Sahiba afterwards lived happily. Akshara stood up and sobbingly argued that it is all just in her mind,” the Psychiatrist was right she is ill”, she had only developed him in her memory and proved her resemblance with Sahiba. Harry with no words to convince her and farewell her by his last words saying it depends on her weather she become a believer or a cynic.

My Opinion: The story no doubt is a great piece of art containing each and every element in abundance i.e. suspense, love paranormal element,   lively environment, parental support and in end one’s own beliefs .The story didn’t end actually at the climax scene but is open to assumptions that we can frame as per our psych.

I do rely on presence of paranormal creatures but support Akshara for not trusting Harry in the end. As life is continuous it did not get stopped through one’s entry or exit it will go as long as one is alive. Death of her mother was really a great setback but to her but to just stop at a point is not justified. She is just thirteen and to remain struck with the only thought of her mother will make her ill from inside.

Yes it is not easy to move on and at such a tender age is really a difficult task but can be accomplished if her father provides the suitable environment. Not believing Harry in the end was a wise act as Sahiba took around two years to complete thousand good deeds and a small kid like Akshara would easily take 5-6 years and even after that she would only get her mother back in virtuality. Meanwhile her age would be 18 or 19 after that leading further life would be harsh for her .As Sahiba herself made many sacrifices that for Akshara is not possible. Instead she should continue her regular normal life and she could continue doing good deeds side by side.

This how she will achieve her goal and won’t lose her regular life that is waiting for her.

                        Hope this article helped you.
